We offer susbstantial discounts for items that are either returned by our retailers or are end of year models. Most of these items are discounted up to 75% of their retail value and shipped directly from our warehouse to your location. There are no minimum orders. However the offer is good for only in stock items indicated on the ITEMS ON THE FACTORY OUTLET LIST.


Return Policy on Factory Outlet Sales

- There is 15 day return guarantee as long as you return the item to us in its' original condition & packaging.

- A $50 restocking fee is applied to all returned items and you are responsible for the shipping charges both ways. You must use a trackable courier service like UPS or Fedex and fully insure the goods.

- For returns you must submit a copy of a Return Goods Authorization (RGA Form). Once your information is verified we will send you a unique authorization number via email which you can use to return the goods.
